| Course Information | This course is for non-native speakers who want to have teaching experience. This course includes input seminars on language teaching methodology, observation of experienced teachers, peer teaching and language development at higher level. Also recently added the course includes the Cambridge TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) Preparation as part of the course syllabus. It will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to take up a post as a TESOL teacher and give you a firm foundation for self-evaluation, further professional development and TKT Test. |
| Requirements | - Overseas applicants should have a minimum overall band of 6.0 on the IELTS academic module or ALS entery test pass 90%. - Have a high standard of literacy in both spoken and written English. - Have a minimum level of education that would qualify you for tertiary level study. - Be at least 18 years of age, preferably aged 20 or older. - Have good communication skills, patience and an awareness of the learning process. - Successfully complete the selection interview. |
